Cabbage soup diet
My wife has decided that she wants to lose 14 lbs in the next 4 weeks so has gone on the cabbage soup diet.
Now, firstly, this is a diet that is only recommended for 7 days due to the fact that you are living on mainly fruit, veg and cabbage soup, but the other reason you need to only stay on this diet for a week is because the cabbage soup stinks.
